These fruity Guatamalan beans from the Santa Isabel estate have been carefully decaffeinated using the Swiss water method to preserve as many of the flavour oils as possible. Great for low buzz but high flavour!
Works well with:
Aeropress, 20g medium fine grind, Filter/Press, 12g of medium grind per 200ml.
Espresso, 17.5g and 25 second extraction, especially suits a flat white.
